Food on the Edge , now in its sixth year, is a two day symposium which takes place annually in Galway, this year on 21st & 22nd October 2019.
Conceived by internationally renowned Chef JP McMahon, Food on the Edge, is a coming together of top international chefs to listen, talk and debate about the future of food in our industry and on our planet.
